Across two full days, participants work through a sequence of facilitated problem-solving methods drawn from design thinking, lateral thinking, and systems approaches. The methods are taught in context, applied to real challenges brought by participants.
You bring a genuine problem. You leave with a set of developed directions. Not a polished solution — that takes longer — but a richer map of what is possible.
Groups of six to ten people work best. The facilitator adjusts the pace and depth based on the complexity of problems in the room.
