About this resource

Teams often have more creative potential than they use. The problem is usually structural — meeting formats, hierarchy, and risk aversion combine to filter out anything that feels uncertain.

What the programme addresses

Six weekly sessions work through the specific dynamics that suppress group creativity: dominance by vocal members, premature criticism, convergence before sufficient divergence, and the habit of defaulting to what worked before.

Each session introduces one method and applies it to a real challenge the team is currently facing. Nothing is theoretical for its own sake.

Teams leave with a shared vocabulary and a set of repeatable methods they can use without a facilitator present.

Past participants have used these methods in quarterly planning, product development, and internal communication redesign — contexts where fresh thinking was needed but hard to generate.
