About this resource

At a certain point, general creativity courses stop being useful. What experienced practitioners need is something more specific: a way to examine and refine their own creative process rather than learn someone else's.

How this programme works

Each participant works on a self-defined creative project throughout the twelve weeks. Weekly one-on-one sessions with a mentor focus on process rather than output — what decisions were made, why, and what alternatives were not pursued.

Group sessions every fortnight bring participants together to present work-in-progress and receive structured critique. The critique format is taught explicitly in week two.

The programme suits people who already produce creative work but feel their process is inconsistent, inefficient, or difficult to explain to others.

Admission

A short application is required. Applicants describe their current creative practice and the project they intend to develop. Places are limited to eight per cohort.

Fields represented in past cohorts include strategy, architecture, education, writing, and product design.
